WHO We Are

The Foundation is led by over 30 Board Members who are passionate about serving FISD. There are a variety of ways to get involved such as adopting a grant, volunteering at or attending events, serving on a committee, sponsoring/underwriting an event, or donating auction items or in-kind items.

WHat we do

For 25 years FEF has been a powerful force for FISD students and teachers funding over $3 million in grants and growing the endowment to over $1.7 million to ensure the financial security of the organization. Each year teachers are encouraged to dream big and develop grants that will transform learning in their classroom. Grants are purchased by the community and the Foundation using funds raised through various events and campaigns throughout the year.
